The Moral of the Story

If Animal Farm can be seen as a fable, what is the moral of the story? There are many possibilities - no repetitions please.

  2. I think that one of the morals in this book is the fact that the pigs brainwashed the dogs so they could turn on the rest of the animals.

  3. Treat others the way you want to be treated. I think this is a good moral for a fable because all the animals need to treat each other with respect as do Napoleon and Snowball.

  5. I think this could be seen as a fable. One of the morals of the story is don't judge the book by its cover. Napoloen seemed to be this great guy but under the cover he was this lying monster that the only thing he wanted was power. By the way cute pig =)

  10. I think one moral of the story is that the people that have power will do what ever it takes to get more power even if it means to lie to the people.

  12. Ummmmm ok so I am going to have to say that the moral of the story is to not trust anyone. Yep im going to go with that because like they trust Napolean and stuffa but really he is crazy sycho pig that just wants power and the rest of the animals shouldnt trust him. =)

  13. I believe that one of the morals in the story is that you have to fight for what you want. The moral changes eventually in the story, but that is one of the original morals

  14. One of the morals of this story would be "Power Corrupts" . It would be this, because first the humans had power, then the pigs, and who knows, the pigs power may eventually corrupt also.

  15. So this is honestly really hard because everybody already took up one of the morals I was thinking of.
Anyways what I was thinking of would be unjust I guess you could say.
Mainly because when the whole thing started they said all the animals would be treated fairly and all have equal rights. Turns out in the end none of the animals had any of that besides the pigs. They all had fairness and equality among themselfs.
